Great Idea! Very innovative, especially with the lotto system. Go ahead, would like to see how it works in practice.
A great simple idea, especially the rewarding system. Try a "bonus" card when the person bring garbage to collect a stamp and with X stamps is rewarded with e.g. soap, bucket
The lotto award seems to me a great incentive. Can we imagine other prices? Maybe from sponsors (companies which can use the Garbage Social Center for their marketing, eg Mobile phone units)?
