We champion and advocate for a just and equal world, and spend all our time harnessing the superpower abilities of social pioneers, innovators and civil society leaders to fast track radical system transformation. Being a fast growing social start-up ourselves initiated by Welthungerhilfe in 2014, we know the transformative power of ideas and what it takes to bring them to life. In the experience of EASUN training community leaders as activists works best when those with professional skills to offer the relevant training work in partnership with community based organizations whose field workers are trained in facilitation skills and also become a conduit for follow up. challenge is that grassroots community leaders generally do not have access to internet. Training and follow up coaching also happens through developmental exercises that require participants to come together. Networking with local organizations is extremely important. In the end it has to be movemental. Cannot be only a technical solution.
