It’s a simple, flexible way to experience the power of coaching — anytime, anywhere. It is an entry point to experience the power of leadership coaching. You can come with any issue: work-life balance, leadership challenges, career paths, conflicts in the team, better ways of communication, or whatever is on your mind. How the session flows: - Your coach gives a short intro to coaching - You define the objective of the session with your coach - You explore your concern or opportunity, with the support of your coach - You explore options and define a way forward in regard to your concern or opportunity - We explore follow-up support if required.
