In our concept so far we struggle with the issue that students have certain prejudices against the communities, "know it better" or a slide way of "arrogance". The played with their smartphone and and felt shocked first time using their hands for agriculture activities. Other way round as well: that communities have certain prejudices, as they have seen many young people coming and going without any impact. Therefore our critical issue is now the right identification of such young people and communities - there empathy comes into the plan. Using empathy as the right tool to identify the right people to be active. And then to invest in it and trying to create a long-term empathic partnership. We might working with a selection committee who look into the empathic aspect and to identify the right person.

Maybe you can combine both concepts and re-work on them? In both the innovational aspect need to be more pointed out. What is new in it? What is special?

Is it like a Crowd-funding platform for rural female social entrepreneurs? Working with digital tokens only? Interesting concept! Is this really a need of female and rural social entrepreneurs? You are talking about 300 Million Users....this is big scale!!!!

Are you talking about emergency aid? Making it faster and better? Why do you think we need to innovate the existing system; is it not fast enough (e,g. UN System)? The NGOs have already their own emergency system (apart from the UN System, to be better and faster and also consider emergencies which are not in the media): START Network https://startnetwork.org. May be to link the concept with this existing platform to further improve it? Or do I miss-understood and you look into something new...

Like the idea. Realtime Citizen Feedback :) Go ahead. Can you think of any objections why people would still not provide their feedback even after this system would be established and institutionalized?

Great idea and very much needed. But where is the innovation? Are these programs to the malnourished children not already existing? What is the difference to the existing ones?

@Esther John Thanks Esther. My suggestion would be to look deeper into the methodology the facilitators are using. This is the entry point and what could make the difference from your concepts to other existing programs. You methodology can cover where government and also other services failed so far.

Interesting concept! Similiar concepts I saw today as well in this forum. May be this one or certain elements of it can be combined with #3-activisitism or #15-living-university. I see there certain similiar aspects.

Powerful concept! In times of modern technologies we should never forget the traditional "old" techniques: radio as one of the most important media to deliver messages.

Reminds me a bit the concept of Green Colleges: train rural youth in green trades, combining traditional wisdom with scientific techniques to help them become ‘ecopreneurs’ and to enable them have better access to technology, finances and market. "Food for though" or "Thought for Food" :) May be certain elements might fit their as well.

Sounds needed and interesting. But very ambitious, as it covers many topics. Main feedforward: get it down to the operational level! Still sound very abstract and I have difficluties how this could look life in a real day-tp-day-life-situation. Who is providing this service? Which methodology this person is using? Similar programs all often provided by different government services so far: why they are failing? What are the objections?

An idea on education involving parents and school institutions..long time I was waiting for something like this. Which country and local context? I think there are already certain best practices in other regions of the world; may be good to have a deeper look into them to get further inspired. Keep going....

I like the concept of "last mile agent". Great idea! I assume you think of this model as social business instead of project which requires regular grants. But can the customers pay such services? Or do they have the objection that the do not have enough resources available? Are there possibilities to link such model for the Grameen Micro-financing?

What is the added value? In marketing you have to create benfits for customers...what ist the benefit of your customer to purchase Buko Balanite Organic Oil?

For me a classical concept which is already existing many time in social business, but having new elements. Great and thought through! But so far looking more on the production-side, or? But what is the added value? Where ist the marketing? Why should somebody buy this product? Marketing need to be also "C-Orientied": context, customer value, conenet, convenience, communication, cooperate and costs. Would be great to get such aspects considered to get an entire picture of Buko Balanite Organic Oil.

Great Idea to make CSR companies promises transparent. You have a specific country in mind or we are talking globally? Big companies or medium-size companies? Once it is working: how to make sure that this tool is not used again for such companies to polish their picture...but now in real-time? Who is in charge of such platform?

Hmmm...what is the ideas behind? Design thinking workshops at community level to solve local challenges? Sounds very ambitious. But thinking of Afghan context I asking myself if this is the best methodology. But give it a try and adapt it to the context. But may be also look into more specific into the objection of the Afghan communities (village elders, women groups) to full-fill their needs so far.

Love it! Great advocacy tool. In my view it can only work if an entire region is involved from the beginning, so directly starting at bigger scale. Besides "watching" this tool could also increase WASH-resposnsibility of the communities themselves.
