The Art of Human-Centered Facilitation

The Training Course:

This course will deepen your user-centric thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills. It will introduce you to a new way of thinking and approaching today’s challenging environment. You will select a current challenge in your work environment and go through the 5 steps of design thinking.

This advanced online course consists of two modules of interactive online sessions in May and July, and practical assignments accompanied by mentoring sessions in between the modules.

Module 1: 27 - 30 July 2021

Module 2: 31 August - 3 September 2021

Nairobi: 1 PM - 4:30 PM

Delhi: 3:30 PM - 7 PM

Bangkok: 5 PM - 8:30 PM

For whom: 

This training course is designed for forward-thinking problem solvers in the civil society space. You may be a project or program manager of a national or international NGO, a social innovator/ entrepreneur or intrapreneur.

We welcome participants from all levels of organizations and from diverse departments, which create a rich mix of experience and perspectives.
