During this 4-day training, you will learn the key concepts of cooperation, communication and coaching which will help you perform better as a leader, team member and human being.

  • Empower yourself to coach people with accessible concepts like active listening, powerful questioning and empathy

  • Gain awareness about your triggers and how to act constructively
