The scholarship covers the training fees of 2900 EUR which include:
80 hours of training, split into two modules of 10 days in total
Personal Coaching sessions
All training materials and readers
Accommodation (Twin-Sharing) costs as well as three meals per day, drinks, and snacks
Exceptional Leadership Masterclass Certificate
Please note: Travel and visa costs are not included!
Who Can Apply For The Scholarship:
Leaders of Kenyan and Ethiopian NGOs and CSOs who want to thrive as responsive and holistic leaders.

After application, selected applicants will be interviewed by our leadership facilitators
The 4 winners of the scholarship will be announced on Monday, 23rd June 2025.
