1. Training Fees and Discounts

1.1 Four-Day Face-to-Face Training

International and Affiliated NGOs: €700 per participant
National and Local NGOs: €350 per participant (only applicable if the NGO is based in the country where the training is conducted)
Discounts: - 20% Early Bird (registration and payment must be completed six weeks before the training start date) - 10% Group Discount (for groups of three or more participants) - Only one discount applies per participant.

1.2 Four-Day Live Online Training

International and Affiliated NGOs: €360 per participant
National and Local NGOs: €180 per participant (regardless of country of operation)
Discounts: - 20% Early Bird (registration and payment must be completed one month before the training start date) - 10% Group Discount (for groups of three or more participants) - Only one discount applies per participant.

1.3 Masterclass on Exceptional Leadership

Fee: €2,900 per participant
Discounts: - 20% Early Bird (registration and payment must be completed three months before the training start date) - 10% Group Discount (for groups of three or more participants) - Only one discount applies per participant.

2. Mode of Payment

Payment can be made online via credit card or manually through bank transfers.
Upon registration, you will receive an invoice.
For manual payments, training fees must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice and no later than two weeks before the training start date.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Online Training:

Cancellations made at least two weeks before the training start date are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is waived if a replacement participant is provided.

3.2 Face-to-Face Training

Cancellations made at least four weeks before the training start date are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than four weeks before the start date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is waived if a replacement participant is provided.

The personal data provided during registration is stored securely in our WIX website portal.
