One of the key objectives of today’s leaders and managers is the empowerment of people- to make them self-managed and self-responsible. It is therefore important to understand what drives others and communicate effectively. Through this leadership and team management training you will develop and strengthen your leadership and management skills. You will be able to lead and manage your team better, decrease conflicts, and enhance team performance - even in a remote management situation.

For whom: The course is designed for everyone working in civil society organizations, who wants to learn the foundations of leadership and team management and build essential and crucial skills. We welcome participants from different positions and from diverse departments, which create a rich mix of experience and perspectives.
