The spread of Covid-19 has given most of us no other choice than working from home. In these challenging circumstances and with many technological developments, the entire scenario of training has changed. Virtual training and facilitation or online training has become the norm, with the availability of a variety of software options. Hence to continue with our capacity and talent development to inspire civil society actors to fulfil their vision and mission, we are offering this four-day course on how to do virtual trainings. This is based on our own experiences of doing webinars ,virtual teamwork and e workshops This training is also relevant for those who want to do in person trainings and workshops too. 

We at CSA bridging the concepts of facilitation to use in virtual world with added tools.

Date: 15 - 18 September, 2020 (Two 90-min sessions per day)

• Everyone working as facilitators and trainers in civil society organizations
• Others working in civil society who wish to learn virtual facilitation skills

What you'll learn: During this 4-day training, spread over 8 sessions, you will significantly improve your capacities to develop, facilitate and manage virtual training workshops and learn about the theory and practice of online facilitation.

• Discover interesting and useful online facilitation tools and methods
• Develop promising action plan and have clear ideas to prepare and facilitate trainings and workshops based on adult learning principles

Your participation is only confirmed once the payment is received by CSA. After that you will get more details regarding your participation and preparation for the course. In case of cancellation you will be charged with 50% course fees.
