Coaching for Leaders: Grow as a leader and as a person

The Training Course:

What’s next for you? Together with a small group of 6 to 8 like-minded leaders, you will embark on a self-exploration journey:

… What is the future holding? And, what do you really want to do in the future?

… How can you empower the people around you and communicate in effective ways?

... And how can you reach an entirely new level of leadership and become a leader & coach?

The journey comprises of:

• Total of 8 sessions of 90 minutes each in 2 modules of 2 days
• 2 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes each with one of our professionally trained coaches

Module 1: 17 - 18 May 2021

Module 2: 28 - 29 June 2021

Time:

Nairobi: 10:00 AM - 13:30 PM

Delhi: 12:30 PM - 4 PM

Bangkok: 2 PM - 5:30 PM

For whom: 

The course is designed for self-aware, proficient, and passionate leaders of civil society organizations or social enterprises, who want to reach the highest level of leadership – the leader & coach. 

Fees:  EURO 750 (excl. VAT)*

*Remark: At the moment we only accept direct bank transfer to our account headquartered in Germany
