The Course:

In this training course you will learn about the approach of agile management. Through integration of agile collaboration in your organization, you will be able to break down large and complex projects into manageable tasks. By using agile collaboration and respective self-organization methods, you and your organization will be ready to conquer the new work environments. The crisis around Covid-19 has shown us that it has been agile and flexible organisations that have created very effective, impactful and innovative outcomes.

This course will deepen your understanding of management, as agile management differs fundamentally from other management approaches. Agility is based on the image that sees the individual as the best expert for her-/himself, who acts on own responsibility and treats others with respect on an equal footing. This results in great trust in the self-organisation power of the team.

This course is designed for self-aware, proficient and passionate managers and leaders of civil society organizations or social enterprises, who want to transform vision into products. The training is suitable for interested parties who have already practical experience with management and are open for new methodologies and approaches.
