The course
The Art of Leadership is a social process that includes the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others. It includes the ability to solve problems, be innovative, and above all be able to guide a group of people into achieving goals.
Whether you are the leader of an organization, a department or team, or just yourself, having the skills to motivate, inspire, and move people to action is essential. While using tools provided in this course, you will explore what motivates others, assess your leadership style and examine communications within your team. With the completion of an action plan at the end of each module, you will be able to apply what you have learned to your own organization.
This course is divided into 3 different compulsory modules. They will take you step by step from having a better understanding of yourself, to be more self-aware, your team to developing and building on your leadership style, building trust and respect.
Each module will have 8 online sessions spread over 4 days in a row. Each day includes two sessions. One session is of 1 hour and 30 minutes duration.

The course is designed for experienced humanitarian professionals and NGO executives who want to achieve the next level of proficiency in leadership and team management, upgrade critical skills, needed for that.
