Facilitators

Sohini Paul

Sohini has been working in the development sector for more than two decades, mostly on capacity building, governance, and human rights in the South Asian context. She has been with the CSA since 2015. Sohini has extensive experience in facilitating workshops on leadership and team management, rights-based approach, and communication skills.

Stefan Bannach

Stefan is a Bali based consultant, trainer, and coach with more than 10 years of experience in Germany, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Stefan has extensive experience in moderating and facilitating multi-stakeholder processes in a participatory way, as well as setting up training modules in the fields of communication, team development, conflict management, participative planning and moderation.

Trang Nguyen

Trang holds a degree in Social Sciences and has worked in different governmental as well as non-governmental organisations, including a research institute, in Germany, Vietnam, and India. She is a full-time staff at CSA and her roles include marketing communication, IT-architecture, team and happiness, as well as facilitation and coaching. Trang is a young, creative and forward-thinking person who loves to learn, share and connect with like-minded people. 

Claudia Zehl

Claudia has an academic background in intercultural conflict management and is a certified mediator. Since 2010, Claudia has worked in various positions for Johanniter International Assistance, both in humanitarian and development settings. Currently, she is running the office of Johanniter in Southeast Asia supporting programmes in cooperation with Cambodian Civil Society Organisations on Community Health, WASH, and Livelihood.
