Being with Welthungerhilfe since 2003, he has worked in consultancy and leadership positions throughout Asia: Afghanistan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, and North Korea. He has extensive experience in planning, management, and leadership.

Petra Speier-Werner

Petra's vision is a world in which every human being has the possibility to love unconditionally, to eat healthily and to grow and flow for a more peaceful, joyful and loving world where we are living in unity and connected to our greatness and true potential. Being an organizational psychologist, economist and political scientist with a doctorate in change management, her trainings, lectures, and coaching are nurtured with her interdisciplinary approach. 

Tesfaye Yimer

Tesfaye will facilitate the focus training Leadership and Team Management in Ethiopia. Tesfaye holds a Doctor in Transformational Leadership/DTL in Entrepreneurial Organisational Transformation, MA in Organisational Leadership and BSc in Agricultural Economics. Previous to founding Sankofa Consultancy Service (SCS), he had worked with the government as well as NGOs in different leading positions. Tesfaye established SCS in 2014 and ever since he has been facilitating workshops and trainings on diverse topics such as change leadership, project cycle management, and organisational capacity assessment of CBOs.
