Training of facilitators
Facilitation is essential for successful training, team or group work and is critical to project, program and organizational success. Facilitators, therefore, play a very important role in easing a process during a training, workshop or in any organizational meeting. Our training is focused on developing important facilitation skills that involve facilitation concepts, tools, and methods through which one can master the art of facilitation.

Design thinking and social innovation
Design thinking is a human-centric approach, which is an emerging area in the social sector. If applied well, it can help us solve complex problems in the social sector and create long term value for the communities. In this training, you will learn how to identify problems, ideate, develop prototypes and pitch innovative solutions, while keeping the user at the centre of things.

Leadership and Team management
Leadership in the current times is an essential social process that moves an organization and its people to achieve higher goals. A leader needs to be problem-solving, conflict-resolving, innovative, and at the same time motivating and inspiring people to action.
With a focus on Self-Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Leadership, this training will give you a holistic understanding of key concepts and their practical applications to enhance individual/team performances.

Advocacy
Advocacy is all about influencing decision-makers, identifying issues on behalf of the disadvantaged, and providing solutions to these problems. Our Impact Training on Advocacy is the perfect entry point to make your advocacy effective and based on a solid plan. It will prepare you to take on an influential advocacy role on any issue. The training will help you develop fundamental advocacy skills and familiarize you with advocacy tools, strategies, and tactics.

Proposal Writing for non-profit fundraising
Proposal writing is the core of fundraising that requires systematic approach and effort to write a winning proposal. A good proposal writer requires comprehensive knowledge and skills to develop a strong theory of change and create a perfect “problem-solution” fit. Different donors have different expectations through different formats and templates. This training is designed to help you get well versed with such templates, checklists and produce a proposal that fulfills the various standards with high impact.

Subhankar Chatterjee
Subhankar is the lead for CSA in South Asia and also the founding trustee of the CSA Trust in India. He likes to approach social problems with a scientific temperament and rigour. Before joining CSA, he had worked for more than 20 years in leadership positions at Welthungerhilfe Country Office India (Germany's largest private aid organization), Tata Trust (one of the largest corporate philanthropy in India), and PRADAN (a reputed national level NGO in India). His main skills include Programme Development and Management, Design Thinking & Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Development along with Facilitation & Coaching. He was instrumental in setting up a number of social enterprises and not profit organization that are thriving entities today.

Rishi MEENA
Rishi is Sr. Facilitator for training and Innovation for CSA India. His aim is to contribute and learn constantly to bring changes in people’s lives and he believes future-ready individuals can only build a sustainable future for all. He is working in the development sector since 2011 and has valuable experience in leading agile teams, innovations, collaborations, and partnerships. Rishi has thematic exposure of institution-building for livelihoods and allied activities, health, and nutrition. As a facilitator at CSA, he is facilitating the scaling up processes, and courses on facilitation, Digital tools, design thinking, leadership, and fundraising. Rishi has done B.Tech in Biotechnology from MNNIT Allahabad and pursuing an Executive MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies.

Richa kumari
Richa completed her Master's in Ecology and Environment Studies in 2019 and has been working in the social sector since then. She has sound experience in Holistic Rural Development Project. She is employed as a Young Professional at CSA and her thematic priorities include Community Leadership Programme, Oak Foundation Programme along with facilitation. Richa is a young, innovative, and progressive thinking person who loves to explore new things and is passionate to bring a positive change in the lives of the communities that she serves.
