Live-Online Training
Fundraising

In an ever-changing world, many Civil Society Organizations often feel trapped and constrained by limited resources despite their amazing work. According to many studies published, the majority of organizations are highly dependent on project funding from International NGOs and do not have an existing fundraising strategy. Some have challenges in attracting funding and communicating their impact to donors. Since the pandemic, an increasing number of CSOs are forced to rethink their funding model and find ways to diversify their fundraising strategy, online and offline. Over the past few years, more and more CSOs have come to acknowledge the importance of strategic fundraising - especially as part of their organizational resilience plan.

Pioneer Voices
What fellow pioneers say about the training

Thomas Hoerz, Area Manager, Somaliland, Welthungerhilfe

"It was very useful for myself-reflections about my own leadership style and my own values. More then for myself, I could reflect on the leadership and management strengths and weaknesses of the managers and leaders working in my programme. What impressed me clearly most was the competent, but always patient, and respectful moderation by Sohini."

Rakhi Sharma, Assistant to National Coordinator SHA, Kindernothilfe, India

"Well developed course with excellent trainer. Simply explaining the complex concepts, space for discussions in break-out rooms was most interesting. The course was extremely relevant in exploring self-leadership and improving my skills."

Gisela Pereira, Roving Head ofProject, Welthungerhilfe

“Inspiring course! It has planted the seeds of change towards a more focused personal growth and a fruitful team leadership."
