The course
With so many interconnected forces at play in our complex world, many non-profit and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) often feel trapped and constrained by limited resources despite their amazing work. Some have challenges in communicating their impact on donors and attract funding. With the appearance of Covid-19, the insecurities and concerns seem to increase and are forcing many to rethink their funding model.
This course will lead you through each step of understanding the fundamentals of fundraising, analyzing the mega trends to find points of leverage, and learning how to communicate your value propositions, create powerful stories, and writing winning proposals. Designed to be very practical and reflective, this course includes 2 modules of 4 days each. Between the 2 modules, participants will receive mentoring support from our experienced facilitators and coaches.
