What’s next for you?

Together with a small group  of 6 to 8 like-minded leaders, you will embark on a self-exploration journey:  

What is the future holding? And, what do you really want to do in the future? How can you empower the people around you and communicate in effective ways!  And how can you reach an entirely new level of leadership

and become a leader & coach? 

The journey comprises of 

Total of 8 sessions of 90 minutes each in 2 modules of 2 days  

2 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes each with one of our professionally trained coaches  

For whom:

This course is designed for self-aware, proficient, and passionate leaders of civil society organizations or social enterprises, who want to reach the highest level of leadership. Limited seats: 6 - 8 participants per course.

EUR 750/ person (plus VAT for EU residence)

Meet the facilitators

Joachim Schwarz

An experienced facilitator, trainer and professionally trained coach

Joachim is passionate about social justice and on a mission to support like-minded civil society actors and social entrepreneurs to become more powerful and innovative. Hence, in 2014 he left his NGO career to build the Civil Society Academy. He is an outstanding facilitator and a professionally trained coach with expertise in social innovation, leadership, organisational change, and advocacy. After more than 20 years living and working in Africa and Asia, he is now based in Berlin, Germany.

Sohini Paul

An experienced facilitator, trainer and professionally trained coach

Sohini has a Social Science background with master’s degrees in Geography and Regional Planning. She is a certified Life and Leadership Coach. She has more than two decades of experience in the development sector, during which time she supported the work of numerous social change organizations, working on issues of local self-governance, right to information, and land rights. She has worked on capacity building of civil society organizations, from grassroots community groups to large networks. Sohini is passionate about civil society strengthening and holds space for those who are ready to learn and be happy - this is reflected in her facilitation style.

Trang Nguyen

An energetic facilitator and professionally trained coach

Trang holds a degree in Social Sciences and has worked in different governmental as well as non-governmental organisations in Germany, Vietnam, and India. She joined CSA in 2015, where she overlooks the marketing communication, and facilitates workshops as well as processes. Trang is a creative and forward-thinking person who loves to learn, share, and connect with like-minded people. She is also professionally trained in coaching young ambitious change-makers.
